You believe Hitler was a great leader do you?
How so?
He was able to get his country and his military to follow him down a path towards insanity, which had been laid in Germany by philosophers, scientists and economists within Germany and elsewhere in the West. The Axis soldiers killed many more Allied soldiers than died under Hitler's command. He got his country to believe in his crazy ideas and fight, kill and die for those ideas, which is the hallmark of a great leader.

If that is your definition of a great leader then Charles Manson is a great leader... Leading your followers astray is the very definition of a bad leader.
I think the word you're looking for is charismatic.

I would say that I was referring to #3 -- "charismatic bloodshed" does not seem like a very expressive term to me. And, yes, Charles Manson was a "great leader", albeit, on a very small scale.

Obviously the word great is contextual, and somehow you managed to highlight every definition other than the one that applies to the context we're using...
10a : remarkably skilled
Hitler WAS NOT a 'remarkably skilled' leader.

He wasn't "notably large in size" either. How about going with what meaning your interlocutor intends, rather than fucking a strawman?
At the age of five, Skagra decided emphatically that God did not exist. This revelation tends to make most people in the universe who have it react in one of two ways - with relief or with despair. Only Skagra responded to it by thinking, 'Wait a second. That means there's a situation vacant.'

Why not just regard him as a good manipulator?
Religions were invented to impress and dupe illiterate, superstitious stone-age peasants. So in this modern, enlightened age of information, what's your excuse? Or are you saying with all your advantages, you were still tricked as easily as those early humans?

There is no better way to convey the least amount of information in the greatest amount of words than to try explaining your religious views.

Actually there is real psychological criteria for both disorders and it starts with being personally examined by a trained professional, not people on the internet who don't like them already.
