Right they are not on the American list
Those were just examples . The ones on the American list can be just as fatal.

Erm............. not to be a thorn in your side (trust me, I get your original point) but I don't see typhoid or TB of the recommended childhood list either (vaccine name Typh-I/O or BCG respectively). Typically those 2 are reserved for travel to or return from endemic areas or specific sub-populations. But there is always the chance that I'm completely missing something.
