A vaccinated kid likely won't. Unless, they got a bad vaccination. The bigger threat is to kids that for one reason or another can't be vaccinated. Immuno-compromised kids. Cancer kids, auto-immune kids, etc... Why should someones stupid decision put these kids at risk?
If I had an immuno-compromised kid and some anti-vaxer's kid got them killed, I'd be doing my damnedest to see them in court. Preferably criminal, but civil if I had to.
You can call it a personal choice all you want, but like Tizheruk has already pointed out, it's just like the decision to drink and drive. You're putting others at risk.
Are those kids (cancer kids, immune deficient kids, etc) allowed to go to school with each other?
"Of course, everyone will claim they respect someone who tries to speak the truth, but in reality, this is a rare quality. Most respect those who speak truths they agree with, and their respect for the speaking only extends as far as their realm of personal agreement. It is less common, almost to the point of becoming a saintly virtue, that someone truly respects and loves the truth seeker, even when their conclusions differ wildly."
