I understand that, but it doesn't change the actual outcome. If going to school as an unvaccinated child poses a risk for everyone else, then that is the case regardless of the reason for why they are unvaccinated.
How about this:
The unvaccinated children's parents are required to report to the school that their child is not vaccinated. And if there is another unvaccinated child in that school who has not been vaccinated for legit medical reasons, then arrangements have to be made to be sure the 2 kids are not in the same classes together and try to avoid each other.
I think you have a very valid argument, and I agree with your point. But I think trying to find some middle ground and trying to come up with a way to handle the situation without having to outright discriminate a kid from public school would be a better alternative.
How 'bout parents who are too stupid and too lazy to do a little actual research keep ther fuckin petri dish kids at home and not pass yet another cost on to the already underfunded schools. "Middle ground" for shit like this is still going to get somebody killed.
It's really fucking simple. Immunize your kids unless there is an actual medical reason not to. Any parent who doesn't should be punished for child neglect.
