It seems extreme to say that parents who don't vaccinate their kids should be criminally punished with child neglect charges. For one, they think they are keeping their kids safe by not vaccinating them. If there is family history of autoimmune disorders, other immune issues, methylation issues, or if they've had a bad experience with vaccines in the past, then I can see why a parent may be hesitant. I don't agree with it, but I don't agree with all this over blown hatred towards these people either. This whole ordeal about villainizing people who are not on "our" side of an argument is where my pushback is coming from here.

Those would more than likely fall into the medical exemption category. I think they are talking about otherwise healthy kids whose parents don't comply with the vaccination law.
