My reasoning is it's probably pretty rare that a kid without vaccines for legitimate medical reasons (cancer, serious immune issues, etc) would be going to school in the first place. I think many of those poor children have to resort to being taught at home due to their illness and general vulnerability. I can't imagine there would be that many of them in the same grade at the same school to where it couldn't be arranged to keep him/her in a different classroom as the other non vax kids.
