You agree with yourself. Rand Paul wants to minimize the programs that don't pay out to his specific backers and maximize the ones that do. Hell, he's not even against big government, he's against big federal government. He's a statist, like so many of his ilk are. He wants a big strong state government that can stand up to the nozy fed and say "Fuck you, we can too discriminate if we want to!"
You should know enough about american politics to realize that words can;t be expected to have any sensible meaning. They called a program to spy on us the "Patriot" act. Whenever they devise a way to gut the economy and make off with anything not nailed down, the bills inavriably called the "Job Creation Act of so and so".
It's high.....if a bit douchey...art for us. A true exercise in craft.
