In my experience in the workplace, women are more easily dominated. I've seen women cry in the office, but never a man.

See? You're not accepting that as generally applicable.

The increased tendency to cry doesn't come from weakness but is a product of hormones. Women are more likely to cry even if they are angry.

I've often seen male bosses bullying their male underlings who just accept it and bottle up the stress (instead of crying) and then pass it onto their own underlings. I've seen the same male bosses try it on a woman only for the woman to not submissively accept it. This normally flummoxes the boss.
