Took me about 2 minutes to find these:
Hastings Humanists
A local group of the British Humanist Association

Flat 1, 4 Magdalen Road, St Leonards on Sea, TN37 6EG
01424440749
Brighton and Hove Humanist Society
An organisation for people with no religious beliefs.

The Lord Nelson Inn, Trafalgar Street, Brighton, BN1 4ED
01273 695872
I found these groups using this site: http://www.escis.org.uk/Directory/All_areas
I'm not sure if they will be equipped to handle your issues but they would be a good place to start to reach out and maybe get the assistance that you need.
I feel for you, I felt trapped when I was living at home and I managed to stay there 'till I was 23. I now am out on my own; I own my own condo and am gainfully employed at Intel and married to a wonderful woman. I've patched things up with my Christian parents and have a great adult relationship with them even though we totally dissagree on religion. The trick was to become independant and much stronger than my father.
It is very hard for a grown man to yell at another grown man when he knows I could kick the fucking shit out of him.
Once we sorted out that I wasn't going to be their helpless child anymore, things got much better.
I would suggest that you find a simply physical hobby like juggling or partner dancing. Either of those could help you with social anxiety and help you meet people. I met my wife through Swing Dancing.
Good luck.
