High school shooting in Parkland FL

Did the Washington sniper really do any mass shootings?  Wasn't all of the victims single shootings?

I mean, that's kind of a meaningless distinction in terms of criminality, not to mention the fact that gang shootings are predominately white and Latino. I do concede that most mass shootings are perpetrated by white men, but there aren't literally no mass shootings by black men.

I might have been nit-picky but accuracy is sometimes important when discussing various issues.

So far there's been 1 shooting with 4 victims this year in Chicago = https://heyjackass.com/category/2018-stats/. No one was killed.
