Lel, its called being a parent. While you should teach your children social skills, I wouldn't let an imaginary being stand between me and my child.
Any god that robs the love of a parent for its children is no god at all.
But we all know that god is just an improved being of Drich, alpha male and others. Id est, rather a subjective god, a mirror of the believer that shows a perfect reflection of what they think its good.
What does the perfect Drich tell you now?
I tell you that nothing like God would be needed to stand between you and your child. All that need happen is your child be hooked on a drug strong enough to have the turn on you. To have the child treat you like a make/steal from you for years, then when you demand they finally get help they turn on you physically. You can not tell me you love is unconditional because no one's is. if they think that they have never spent time working with addicts.
I've pointed out the only way someone can love someone elses when all your personal resources are exhausted is through the Love of God. in order for that to Happen, they must love God more.

It not about belief at that point. it about having experienced God delivering the mother through many many different trials or situations (probably most of which the kid causes) and knows she/mother has no more love to give the POS kid from her own battery. That mother still wishes to love the child but can't outside the extended love God grants us all. So rather than try and love with her own depleted supply she now can love her POS kid with God's boundless love.
