1.   Joint military exercise with ally undertaken every year since 1953 stops immediately.
2.   Promises of reduction of American forces in Asia in general

Btw, Kim is a swell guy who loves his people and rewards them with labor camps and execution by shooting with antiaircraft gun, and he is trust worthy as demonstrated by sending midget submarine to torpedo South Korean warship in South Korean territorial water and infiltrated armed commandos into South Korea.
