I guess what I'm trying to say if you are going to spend billions of dollars on rockets and developing how they will go into space, like Bezos and his methane rocket, then why simply not pay the Taxes or give that money to Nasa?
But then again maybe government doesn't want that money because like Junkies they can't control themselves and will spend all that money on army
