Yeah you can see this as a single person being too passionate, but it's actually part of a larger picture. In the same way that Trump is seeding his followers with the idea of committing violence, normalising the concept and thereby resulting in some of the more fanatical followers actually carry it out, this guy is doing the same with the idea of dehumanising the political opposition so they can be violently quashed.
