Cop fuck up?? Quite possibly.
But - forget the guy is black for a minute.
Was he in uniform? The story here doesn't say. That would be a big factor.
If not - the cop just sees one guy pointing a gun at another guy.
That' s what an investigation is supposed to tell us.
First person who goes off, claiming I' m trying to make excuses for bad policing, is a cunt.
I' m saying - I don't know. I wasn't there and don't know all the facts.
