The best advice someone gave you.

"Boy - if you' re learning to drink coffee - learn to drink it black. Anywhere you go, they'll have coffee - but they may not have all that milk and sugar you' re putting in it. Besides - if you want a milkshake go to Mcfucking Donalds."

This is great advice, and advice I did not heed. It's a struggle.

1) Laughter is strong glue in a marriage (paraphrased) 
2) Believe none of what you hear and half of what you see.
