I don't know if I got that right word for word. It was said to me by the superintendent of a public school district. He said lots of wise things. But I don't think that he actually adhered to any of them. He seemed more ambitious than wise. But that could have been my misconception of him. Ultimately, he went down in flames for misappropriating funds.
