Personally, I don't care for living an hour away from the closest grocery store. Also, people in the country always say everything is "10 minutes away." The whole "country mile" thing. I remember a friend who lived about an hour outside of the major city I'm closest to, he said after getting the kids ready, going to the store, shopping, getting everything and the kids back into the car and driving back home it was a three hour endeavor. I'm good on that. I live in a suburban area now and am less than 5 minutes from the freeway and about 15 minutes from a big city. I love it - very convenient.
