I said a 16 or 17 year old female baby sitter had spontanious sex with a very mature 10 year old. the question was is this rape. if so (second part of the question) should the 16 year old girl be thrown into federal prison made to do the max the gov allows and then upon release be viewed as a state mandated sexual predator.

That my dishonest atheist buddy was the first question.. while some of you could see the technical side of statior rape and identified rape NONE OF YOU Where Willing To Ruin This Girl's life over this consensual act. Again I pointed even the legit child services person among you was looking for reasons to excuse the baby sitter citing her own personal experience on cases like this she dealt with! You where no different.

The second question was about a married couple. but you knew this going in.. you answered the first 1/2 of the first question and even then tried to spin the narrative by making it sound like I was not asking a question at all by providing my approval. This intention to smear me shows you intentionally misrepresented the question from the beginning.and now you are doing so to try and escape my final conclusion that you and your buddies are the same type of monsters the OP makes catholics and other christians out to be for technically allowing the same thing in your heart/mind.

The first part of your questions were clearly answered:

Fucking a child under any circumstances is rape ...

Fucking a woman/wife after she says no is rape ...

And again second scenario it is sex night for a older couple the wife allows sex but does not want it. and dude goes for like 2 hours on his wife. agin is this rape?

That on one hand you can condemn a whole religion for forgiving priests, but given the right circumstance you are willing to do the same for a care giver put in charge of a child? Yet show anger and disdain against a man having legal sex with his wife?
