Most attempts I have heard of people trying that stupidity end up with stumps on the arms -( only printed accounts I have seen) if they are lucky enough to survive.
The inertia of being fired from the barrel is usually sufficient to detonate any pressure sensitive explosives.
You are talking out your ass.
You don't need explosives to make exploding bullets.
