His fellow Nazis might consider him a queer or a race traitor deep down, but, make no mistake, he’s one of them (at least as long as he can be useful for them.)

I’m not as familiar with Andy Ngo, but I suspect in his case, it’s probably less full Nazi and more Useful Idiot.
