If by infrared camera data you mean raw infrared information, no, I don't believe we can see it. But if that information is watered down and translated into something that our eyes and brain can perceive, then yes. Also yes, I can see your post. What I don't see are the 0's and 1's behind it because of abstraction. Its been translated into something easier to perceive and comprehend. Similar to infrared.
Snakes can. Why can we not? Surely not because we are, according to you, the pinnacle of evolution, right? No way any other thing could have acquired the ability to sense the infra-red, right?
Except snakes do exactly that. Thus we are all of us sensorially inferior to snakes. Oh and before you go there, snakes can't talk. Get over it.
