The justice department ruled on 9-25-19 Trump had broken no laws with his dealings with the ukrainian president.

It is now 10-16 and CNN is still reporting the president has broken the law and needs to be impeeched for the very crime the justice department absolved him of.

That douche bag is propaganda/fake/false news.

how much must I pre chew these facts before you understand what CNN is telling and how they are going about it is a kin to LYING to the american people and most of you are making accuses for them having made a mistake!

Fake=A forgery, in the case of news it would be an article that appears to be genuine but deliberately contains misinformation or disinformation that the source knows is wrong with the intent to deceive news consumers.

False=Incorrect, untrue, wrong; in news it can be a fake, but it can also result from being mistaken or unconscious bias, no intent to deceive is required.

Ultimately, the courts determine what is legal or illegal, not the administration's Justice Department. The Justice Department may choose not to prosecute something, that is absolutely not the same thing as absolving them of it. The DOJ's official position is that it is not their place to prosecute a sitting president, that responsibility belongs to the legislative branch. Furthermore, just because something is not against the law does not mean that it is not impeachable, that is for the House to determine. If they proceed w/ impeachment and vote to impeach, it is then the Senate's job to determine whether to remove the president from office.

Having a different opinion from the DOJ on the legality of something or whether something is an impeachable offense is not 'fake news'. If CNN honestly, in their hearts, as objectively as possible, felt that the evidence indicates that the president is completely innocent and doesn't deserve impeachment, their reportage WOULD be fake news. I don't think even you believe that CNN is not reporting what they really think. You disagreeing with what they are reporting is not the standard for determining whether the news is fake. It's possible for people to have a different opinion about a matter than you without it being lying, Drich.

So why is what CNN doing false or fake news?

1) The president of cnn was caught issuing an order to ignore all other news worthy stories and focus on the impeachment

2) the current impeachment argument as per the laws of this country, was made moot on 9-25-19 by the DOJ. 

Anything else is political nonsense and is not news worthy as even if the house/polis put it to a vote and they all agree/vote party lines in the house it will then move to the senate which has already stated they would strike down the impeachment as per the findings of the DOJ.

Which is the reason house speaker polis is not moving forward with an official proceedings as she does not have any evidence of wrong doing. When asked she even said she did not need evidence to hold this over trump's head.. Which again is nothing more than a political move for all of those of you who are 1/2 a sleep and take fake news at face value.

The Constitution delineates the process for impeaching, trying, and removing a president from office. The people who are trying to disrupt this process are, in point of fact, going against the Constitution. This would qualify as a criminal act.

Did listen to the actual tape of the CNN president telling his staff to bypass real news to keep the impeachment nothing burger at the fore front?

Listen to the CBS anchor they specifically say... "this maybe footage of..." They knew it was not going into the broad cast. they just wanted to paint a hollywood type invasion scene when in fact very little in the way of kurds being napalmed is actually going on.

As far as trump's actions in seria I think he is making an example out of them for others in the middle east who heavily depend on our support but maybe are not paying their fare share. To show them that the US is the reason why people like turkey and or iran are not pushing in and not NAto. Remember the kurds are under the protection of Nato and turkey is a member, yet Nato has little to no power in reeling turkey in. IE if you want the added US protection then it is time people started paying for it rather than the tax payers footing the entire bill for world peace. 

Or perhaps he is using the actions of turkey against the kurds to show the kurds how much they depend on Us and to force a stronger alliance with them and get their support against their buddies in Iran if it comes down to it.

Only History can know if this will be an all bad or even a good thing..

Either Way, this is news. not impeachment over Joe biden's dishonest politicking. (shaking down the ukraine and china for payout for his son.)

I have not listened to it, nor am I going to.  Why?  Because nothing James O'Keefe has to say, publish, or broadcast has any validity whatsoever.  He's a fraud and a confessed criminal.  And I think it's rather amusing that you would use material published by one criminal to defend another.
