No, they don't 'believe otherwise'. The believe that Trump is guilty as guilty gets, they're just refusing to do anything about it. When they say, 'Trump did such and such, but it's not impeachable and it's not a crime', they KNOW they're lying, they just care more about imagined job security than about justice.
