I think that you might be looking at this wrong OP. A belief in hell, or the acceptance of hell, probably isn't a good indicator of psychopathy or any disorder at all. Exactly the opposite. Genuine conformity to milieu suggests a well adapted and healthy person. Have to keep the reality of the underlying cultural valuation of sin in mind when you wonder who would agree to or with a hell concept. The answer to that is you, me, all of us. It may not represent our better nature, but it certainly has a place in it.
The belief may seem silly or cruel today, depending, but as hell is created it swirls around things believed to be the most serious possible harm. These things change with time and place and we don't always agree with the propositions thousands of years later, as is the case with the ongoing creation of christian ethics. Any person you would be tempted to let rot and die is the conceptual equivalent to any given christians ideal hellbound sinner. That we can consider this and agree, in whatever way, shows that we accept the underlying valuation even if we do not believe that the contents of the set are accurately reflected in christian belief. That we are just as well adapted to the milieu as any christian.
TLDR version, when two people are disagreeing over which is the brightest red..they are very much in agreement over the existence of the color red.
