That isn't funny to you?
I once broke the glass of an antique grandfather clock with a loaf of frozen loaf of french bread.
I also once painted an F-14 Tomcat fighter jet scale model in camouflage, which was never a desert or jungle jet.
If anyone asked me to build exact replicas of stop signs mine would end up with triangles, plaid and paisley.
I think you would be a lot better if various areas, spelling being one of them, if you pay attention to what you are doing.
As for the mowing thing...it's one thing to hit something hidden in the grass that you may have missed in looking around. It's another thing to run over the mower cover, which I hope wasn't hidden in the grass, that was right in front of your mower. Where were you looking if not in front of you and the mower?
Years ago I used to tease my husband that his mission was to mow as fast as possible and we had about 2 acres so he seemed to always be trying to beat his previous time. I was in the kitchen and our German Shepherd was resting on an AC vent in the dining room. Husband hit a rock that was hidden in the grass and it broke the double paned window right above Shadow. I thought we were under siege and had been shot at. I don't think Shadow ever cooled off on that air vent after that day.
After nearly giving me and his dog heart failure, he got more careful about checking the yard before power mowing.
A small projectile I can understand...it happens...the whole damn mower cover is something else entirely.
You need a keeper.
What does spelling have to do with lawn mowing?
In all seriousness. What I am about to tell you has nothing to do with you or me, but a lifetime of experience.
If you want me to admit I am not perfect, YOU GOT IT. But if you want me to live my life as if I have to fart gold, forget it.
I fuck up lawns the way i fuck up cooking, because I am not good at either. I am not putting myself down saying that.
