Probably not, for a couple of reasons.
1. Wyatt Earp wasn’t much of a gunfighter. He relied more on physical intimidation and hitting people over the head with his pistol barrel.
2. Wyatt Earp is famously dead, which would have a detrimental effect on both his aim and his reaction time.

Actually, Wyatt Earp mounted one of the few, perhaps the only, Documented instances in the Real history the American West when a real gunman did what gunmen Do all the time in movie westerns - take down several opponents with both shot gun and revolver in a stand up confrontation. At Iron Springs, he and his posse ran into the Cowboy gang. When his posse was pinned down and some of their horses shot and killed, he got up from behind cover, Walked towards the Cowboy gang who were shooting from behind Their own cover, deliberately shot and killed Curley bill with his shot gun from 20 yards, and Then shot and killed Johnny Barnes, and mortally wounding milt Hicks with his revolver, to cover the retreat of his posse
During the exchange His coat was holed through both sides by shot gun blasts, a bullet took off The heel of his boot, and another shattered his saddle horn. But he was not injured in the exchange.
A good gunman needs skill and luck, it looks like his skill wasn’t deficient, and his luck very great.
