If failing to mow the lawn or forgetting his mother’s birthday were A) what convinced the cops they had probable cause to search his vehicle, B) could somehow aid in terroristic activities that the defendant was clearly interested in doing, according to the list of things in the court order, (although whether it was actual intent or mere ideation is unclear), or C) even if the circumstances behind such things were somehow more interesting and unique than the CP he was officially charged for, then the answer is yes.
