As far as I see it - this maggot did nothing illegal with guns. (At least according to the reporting)

He had an AR15. Legal (unless there is something the reporting doesn't cover) He had ammo. Legal (same caveat). He had Tannerite. Also legal - in fact even felons can own and possess it. You probably don't care about facts - but Tannerite is not the choice explosive of bombmakers or terrorists. Too hard to detonate.
