They're not allowed to own and/or murder black people with impunity.
I mean, it's a bit more complicated - but not by much. There really are legitimate issues for what we might call or they perceive themselves as - as a demographic..and the rhetoric wouldn't be as effective unless it could manipulate some lever of real truth.
Ultimately, they're terrified of becoming minorities - because that would be bad.
