If you want to get a real good laugh, the trump team is so uniformly incompetent that the pardon bannon received for defrauding cretins probably won't stop him from being charged with a crime for that conduct, either.
The best way to read them, were wishlists of things that the great man himself didn't want to be charged with. Bannon got off on racketeering because trump didn't want to be named as a co-conspirator in racketeering. A little wire fraud, meh, fuck em... let bannon hang in the wind.
The flynn pardon, on the other hand......generous and broad. The great man didn't want his name coming up in anything that foreign agent was up to.
