Parents didn't drop anything. Cops showed up to a possible stolen vehicle, made no arrest, filed no charges..maced a kid and split, then lied about it.
The delicious part, is that we probably wouldn't know that if the pic crew didn't pipe up to explain that this wasn't their bag. The only thing that might create accountability for the police in question, is that another group of cops refused to be held accountable for it.
Good for them, we have a group of cops who won't be held accountable for some other asshole macing a kid, and...unlike you or any other piece of shit who doesn't have a floor or macing a kid is somehow above board, provided hillbilly hellspawn or whatever other garbage thing you believe - they don't need to pretend the parents are at fault in any way.
Funny thing, the cops are there to protect and serve the bad guys too, there was never any cover for cops to be had on this one. There's nothing about a person, or a persons parents, that is relevant to assault and false imprisonment. They would be crimes even if you perpetrated them on a grown violent felon of wanted parents. They're cowards who abandoned their duties in a panic after having abjectly failed at their duty - simultaneously leaving an alleged victim of a crime in the lurch with the alleged perp while creating another victim out of a minor child.
