Israel can't ethnically cleanse Palestinians because it is too weak to even carry on a single successful military campaign against a strip; actually the terrorism the IDF showed must be enough of an evidence for how weak and bloodthirsty Israel is.
Israel could wipe out Gaza in a single day. The fact that they opt not to do so should be evident that the Israel and the IDF aren't terror groups. War criminals, sure, but not terror groups.
