Hell - Where is the idea of justice?

I've heard some Christians define it that way. I'm not giving it as a solid example of Jewish beliefs - there tends to be some variance amongst the sects - but that's what they told us as kids at the Conservative temple I attended. It had rather fluid membership because it catered to military families, so I imagine there was a lot of crossover.
