And exactly why should the amount of firearm violence and death we have in America be considered moral? I don't see our stats as moral, I see them as a failure, and one purposely created by the industry and it's lobbies and the GOP, to protect their profits. Just because you want to do something, or currently can do something based on law, does not automatically make it moral.
Slavery was once considered moral and the courts used to back slaveowners up. I am glad they no longer have that "freedom".
