The right does not enjoy seeing the senseless killing any more than the left. ( you think all the victims were wearing gang colors - red and blue - for the shooter to only cap leftist' s kids?) You are a dishonest ass for saying they do.
What IS different is their strategies for solving the problem.
He’ll correct me if I’m wrong, but I really don’t think that’s what Thump was saying at all. It struck me as more of an observation that lobbying and donations by gun rights groups (not gun owners) are creating a resistance to gun legislation reform in Congress.
I agree that people on right don’t ‘enjoy’ senseless killings. They do, however, give every indication that they simply don’t care.
Additionally, it’s important to remember that the right enjoyed years and years of a congressional majority. If they had strategies for solving the problem, why didn’t they implement them when they had the chance?
