If the result is that gun clubs can't accept minors, or advertise safety courses, that would be bad. I did rifle shooting at age 9 to 14. It gave me a healthy respect for weapons, and I've never gone out and bought one, though I did become a good shot.

That’s insanely broad. If the law is enforced as worded, you could be fined $25k for posting a flyer telling people you’re going to hold a leather-working class on how to make gun holsters. Or that your shop is having a sale on gun safes.
