Not necessarily. It depends more on the behavior of the person and his communicativity. Someone can look like Brad Pitt but if he is too shy or awkward or creepy or just can not communicate he will have a hard time getting dates.
On the other hand, if someone looks like Danny Devito but is charming and communicative, then he will get more dates.
Hell, there is literally a movie about it with Devito and Schwarzenegger called "Twins".
I suppose a hideous personality will reduce Brad's chances, and an ungodly amount of charm will slightly increase Danny's.
But even then I'd still put money on socially inept Brad getting more dates than charismatic Danny. Brad would get a thousand off tinder alone before Danny got a single one.
In real.life I've never seen charisma beat looks.
