Girl Scouts are too tolerant toward other human beings, therefore they are repugnant to the Catholic Church.

Cincinnati Archbishop Dennis Schnurr said Monday he is ending the Catholic archdiocese’s relationship with the Girl Scouts because he believes the organization promotes a “false and harmful” view of sex and gender.
Schnurr said those conversations determined the group operated in a way that conflicts with Catholic teaching by permitting activities, badges and awards that normalize “ideology contrary to the Catholic understanding of the human person made male and female in the image and likeness of God.”
Those concerns include an "Inclusive. Together" patch that encourages girls to discuss sexual orientation, a "Multicultural Community Celebration Fun Patch" that recognized LBGTQ+ Pride Month, and the Girl Scouts' social media promotion of Glitterary, a digital literary magazine for LBGTQ+ youth. Individual troops and girls are not required to use the patches or to share materials connected to them, but Catholic church officials objected to the scouts' decision to make them available or to promote them.
Last year, the archdiocese asked the Girl Scouts to "cease promotion of activities, resources, badges and awards repugnant to Catholic teaching." That request would have impacted all Girl Scout troops, not just those connected to the church.
By the end of 2025, no Girl Scout troops will be permitted in the archdiocese.
“The Archdiocese of Cincinnati cannot partner with an organization that, from its highest level, advocates ideas which the Church considers false and harmful,” Schnurr wrote.

teachings of the Bible are so muddled and self-contradictory that it was possible for Christians to happily burn heretics alive for five long centuries. It was even possible for the most venerated patriarchs of the Church, like St. Augustine and St. Thomas Aquinas, to conclude that heretics should be tortured (Augustine) or killed outright (Aquinas). Martin Luther and John Calvin advocated the wholesale murder of heretics, apostates, Jews, and witches. - Sam Harris, "Letter To A Christian Nation"
