I'm sorry, what race do you believe comes from the slums?

Buddy we know what  race your referring to when you say slum. Don't even try and play dumb.

That you hear "poor" and the first thing that comes to you mind is race is... something man.

No we hear slum and poor and immediately  know what group your trying to associate those things with. 

Nice try with the tired "No you guys are the racists" it's not going to work

I think the real message is that slum translates to people who are dispensable.  Let the poor and disadvantaged square off and shoot one another. 

Then those who think they are superior don't have to see, or deal, with them.

It's a very Christian mindset.
