No, there is metric tebow and a US tebow. Where the intellect is already deemed to be in the negative territory by the rest of the world using metric standard, Americans still think it's positive.
So Newt Gingrich might be four Tebows in france, but not yet a single tebow in the US.
Sort of like Celcius and Fehrenheit.
