Meaning, the Anglican Church constitutes the de facto state religion of UK.

Now, we were also faced with a similar dilemma:
Our monarch(the Sultan) was also the Caliph, meaning, the head of all (sunni) Moslems around the world. So, the Ottoman Dynasty which had lived for more than 600 years was abolished, and its wealth, power and religious significance stripped from it.
Obviously after this, came the french definition of secularism, laicite into the constitution.
Now, is this the case for the UK?
Or like, for America, where there is no state religion, no monarch that is the supposed head of a church, and etc...
Really, if you are really so anal-retentive about certain matters, sure, abandon your country, your family and friends for the UK.
