What I find offensive and loathsome is that they continue to worship the cosmic jackass they think is going to condemn me to Hell. Its an insult of the senses.
Well that's just it. While it may at first appear a statement said in kindness, they then start talking about Gods plan for you and how they trust His judgement. At this point you realise they're not being kind at all, but instead being condescending, and they are not at all adverse to the idea of you burning in hell for all eternity.
