Evidence that there are billions of stars, planets and galaxies? Just look up a night. Evidence that there are other life forms, we may soon have it. We've spotted some interesting planets in neighbouring systems. The chance of there being other life is fucking huge. When you take into account the amount of stars and planets there are, the odds of there being other life is very high. It's currently based on probability.
