That's not a very good sign for your deity. Not if you take your Idea of Love and subdivide it into the exact same categories that God has allowed His love to be classify into. Your love would begin to look alot like the Love God offers. These are the four subdivisions of Love in the Koine Greek mentioned in the NT.
Agape,
Eros
Phila,
storge
I am going to substitute the correct form of love in your post so it reads correctly as per the four types of Love described in the bible.
Quote:I love a woman who was not faithful to me, who did not "believe" in me, to have fun with the words. You "Eros" a woman...
Quote: Honestly I had kind of hoped that I would "fall out of love" as it were, but I didn't.You'd Hope you'd fall out of Eros, but did not.
(I've been there too. Didn't thiink the hurt would ever stop.)
Quote: It's difficult to imagine not loving some people regardless of what they may do,...to Imagine not Philos some people...
Quote:and honestly how much love did you have if it was conditional upon them meeting your expectations? How much Philos did you have if...
Quote: That's why all this "boundless love, with conditions", to me, sounds like bullshit Drich. That is why Agape, to me sounds like BS...
(See the discrepancy in your understanding of Love and the Love offered by God? It does not make the leap you thought it did)
Quote: I shouldn't be capable of something Christ doesn't even attempt, should I?Agape goes far beyond the "feelings" of Love you have centered around. We are told agape is a choice or a commitment that exceeds all other forms of love. However unlike the other forms of love where one simply falls in or out of. Agape must be chosen, it is a commitment that exceeds anything and every thing else. This is the only term to the Agape Christ offers. You must simply choose it.

Seriously, though, why would I want to worship someone who will torture me for an eternity just because I don't love him? Maybe a stalker-rapist is more accurate.
Not all do. That is the point/purpose of this life. To make that desision for yourself.
