Meh, make sure you have a deathgrip on the blade before you go after my jublies with a fucking knife.
That being said, it's cosmetic surgery.
A: I don't give a shit if females like the cut look.
B: My penis doesn't give a shit if females like the cut look.
So, for me, the question is settled. I wouldn't get a nose job, tummy tuck, or face lift, and likewise you wont see me slicing and dicing at the ole meat sweater.
(also, my dick has an even lower opinion of gods and their requirements than I do, so it's settled from that angle as well)
