As is female "circumcision" seems like equality is happening here. This type of "culture" is nothing but ingrained tradition based on superstition as far as I can understand it

Cutting babies body parts doesn't seem like the best way to praise any God. Unless it is, which can only mean that their imaginary friends have disgusting taste in their indulgences.
My conclusion is that there is no reason to believe any of the dogmas of traditional theology and, further, that there is no reason to wish that they were true.
