So you're saying that God truly does care about his creations, and that he has sent guidance to us. However, that is where issue lies. I have never seen nor heard of His divine guidance being bestowed upon humanity.
Yeah this is what I argued against, when presented this sort of argument as a falsifier. One Muslim told me that perhaps before coming to this world, they were tested in spiritual world known as "alamal Thar" and thus they deserved to be not sent Messengers. I know, cold ay. But this argument in my opinion does fail on this point.
The point I'm making, is not that religion is justified, it's that people can easily defend it.
In the point of assuming we have knowledge of God, while this doesn't prove anything to an Atheist, it helps them defend their faith.
I have several reasons to show premise "If God cares, he would sent guidance" is not necessarily true.
The point I'm making is religious people can justify their religion to themselves and defend it easily by making such arguments in their heads.
The 2nd one, I sort of got from a Christian friend, he didn't state the premises in that fashion, but what he was saying, was along those lines.
