Considering Islam encourages men to beat their wives if they "rebel" (don't want to do what the husband says), does not allow women to refuse sex with their husband, and allows men to take wives from war survivors, I don't think they should be the ones handing out advice for maximizing comfort for women.

Also doesn't help when the vast majority of rape occurs in the home...
