What do you know about God and afterlife?

How do you know there is only one god and not billion?

Obvious answer is obvious: No one knows. They believe.

I'd be curious, however, to hear from a deist on this issue.

Agreed. That's why I am anti-religion. The argument of old books, tablets and papyrus scribblings will never convince me of deities walking around limited parts of the earth probing human's asses with their continual need for unconditional love and overwhelming fear.
